Magna on the Danube
Seven slow nights aboard the AmaMagna — from Budapest's lit bridges through Vienna's imperial quarters, the apricot terraces of the Wachau, and the City of Three Rivers at Passau, to a final mooring at Vilshofen.

Lizzie is an officially certified AmaWaterways advisor. When you plan a voyage with Elizzora, you speak with her — by name, by mobile, at any reasonable hour. No call-centre, no handover, no "an advisor will be in touch." She has walked the Danube herself, and stays in quiet contact through the duration of your sailing.
Stateroom selection. Anniversary surprises. A reserved table on the sun deck for the moment the ship enters Budapest. The small things that turn a cruise into a memory.
Elizzora plans every voyage with AmaWaterways — a fleet of small, considered river ships, twin balconies as standard, and a culinary programme built around regional vintners and chefs.
The Danube, the Rhine, the Mekong — three featured itineraries, all bookable through our AmaWaterways partnership. Choose one to read its full passage below.
The Danube does not hurry. Neither do we. Each port has been chosen for what it offers in the early hours and the later ones — when the tour groups have gone, and the city is yours again.
The Rhine carries a thousand years of trade and legend. We sail it slowly — the gabled houses of Amsterdam to the Swiss border, with the castles of the gorge in between.
The Mekong does not hurry, either — and asks more of you than the European rivers. We pace it gently: temples in the cool of the morning, the river by lamplight, and a long lunch in between.
Through the year Lizzie hosts a small calendar of presentations and featured-cruise evenings at considered country houses and hotels across Wetherby, North Leeds and Harrogate — an unhurried introduction to Elizzora, the AmaWaterways fleet, and the season's quietest opportunities to sail. Strictly by invitation, for clients and their guests.
A glass of sekt, a short film of the Wachau in apricot bloom, and a first look at the 2026 Magna sailings.
Port at the source — a tasting hosted with a Portuguese vintner, alongside a quiet introduction to the Douro itineraries.
An intimate gathering for invited guests — the season's featured cruise opportunities, by candlelight.
Dates are quietly confirmed in the weeks before each evening. To be added to the invitation list, write to Lizzie.
Explore every AmaWaterways itinerary, ship and departure on Elizzora's dedicated partner page — live availability, full fare detail, and a private request form that comes straight to Lizzie.
